(Onsite ) Duration: Long-term (Need Independent Consultants Only ) We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in manual and automation testing to lead testing efforts for functional applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium and API testing, along with production support experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead QA efforts, including both manual and automated testing Provide functional application support, including L2 production support Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and testing methodologies Perform API and Web Application UI Automation testing Coordinate end-to-end validation with backend systems and vendors Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business partners, and support teams, to resolve defects and issues Host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions Ensure the QA process is followed, and continuous improvements are made to testing processes Required Skills and Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Selenium automation testing 5-10 years of experience in Web Application Testing and Functional Testing 5-10 years of experience in API Testing Automation 5-10 years of experience in QA Automation and Problem Management Strong experience in Core Java and Project Management 2-5 years of experience in L2 Production Support and Mobile Apps Testing Experience with QA for SAP systems (2-5 years) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (10+ years) Nice to Have: Agile Project Management experience (5-10 years) Experience with technical writing and training material documentation Radar system knowledge (2-5 years) Preferred Qualifications: Retail or online store background Strong team collaboration and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Keywords: quality analyst user interface active directory Texas Senior Lead QA Testing- Retail & SAP experience [email protected] |
