Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Finance Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Finance Modules and Oracle EBS R12+, along with a deep understanding of ERP finance processes and accounting knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Utilize expertise in Oracle Finance Modules (O2C, P2P, R2R, CM, FA) to support and enhance financial processes. Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS R12+ ERP finance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users. Mandatory Skills: Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance Modules and Oracle EBS R12+. In-depth knowledge of ERP finance processes and accounting principles. Proficiency in O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), R2R (Record to Report), CM (Cash Management), and FA (Fixed Assets). Strong skills in requirement gathering, solution design, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
