Job Title: Search Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:  Columbia, MD (Hybrid, Local Candidates Only)

Job Type: 6-Month Contract

Project: Recruiter Supplementation

We are seeking an experienced Search Consultant to join our team for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role focuses on sourcing highly qualified candidates, particularly for National Security and Public Sector contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting Poly-level cleared talent and be skilled in headhunting and using various sourcing tools.Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation: Operate primarily as a sourcer, identifying, qualifying, and presenting technical and cleared candidates for National Security contracts.
Public Sector Recruitment: Specialize in sourcing candidates for Public Sector roles, including Poly-level clearances, for National Security positions.
Headhunting: Use external headhunting skills such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate qualified leads.
Sourcing Tools & Data Analysis: Utilize top marketing and sourcing tools (e.g., ATS, social media, labor market data) to identify and engage talent.
Recruitment of Complex Roles: Source and recruit for a range of roles, from technical and sales positions to more complex management roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to present candidates and refine search strategies.
Influencing & Communication: Use strong influencing skills to engage candidates and track prospects' progress throughout the hiring process.
Reporting & Organization: Maintain organized records of sourcing activities, and report regularly on progress to ensure transparency and effectiveness.Qualifications:
Experience in Public Sector Recruitment: Proven experience recruiting for roles within the Public Sector, particularly sourcing Poly-level cleared talent.
Headhunting & Sourcing Expertise: Strong external headhunting skills, with a focus on cold calling and networking to generate leads.
Proficiency with Sourcing Tools: Experience with ATS, social media, and labor market data analysis to support recruitment efforts.
Experience with Technical & Complex Roles: Prior experience recruiting for technical, professional, and management roles, especially in the sales or technical domain.
Strong Communication & Organizational Skills: Ability to track, report, and present progress effectively, with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing project needs and activity levels in a fast-paced environment.
