As the Lead ServiceNow CMDB Cloud Integrations specialist, you will be responsible for managing the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow CMDB with multiple cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking of infrastructure components, manage cloud resources, and enhance the overall IT service management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow CMDB Management: Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate tracking and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Cloud Integration: Integrate AWS, Azure, and GCP with ServiceNow to provide seamless cloud resource discovery and data synchronization within the CMDB.

Automation and Orchestration: Develop automation scripts and workflows for cloud asset management and ensure real-time updates of cloud infrastructure in the CMDB.

Data Quality & Compliance: Ensure the integrity of data in the CMDB by maintaining accurate relationships, dependencies, and configurations for cloud and on-prem resources.

Collaboration: Work closely with cloud architects, DevOps teams, and ITSM/ITOM teams to align cloud management processes with organizational objectives.

Incident and Change Management: Provide support for cloud-related incidents and changes, ensuring appropriate updates in the CMDB and monitoring systems.

Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring tools to track changes, usage, and performance of cloud assets. Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into cloud infrastructure.

Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow and cloud integration best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) integration.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms, and their respective APIs for integration.

Proficiency in cloud automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Terraform).

Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM/ITOM best practices.

Integration: Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with cloud services using native connectors, APIs, or custom scripts.

Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve integration and performance issues.

Leadership: Ability to lead technical teams and projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage deadlines.
