Job Description: The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and guiding the progression of SharePoint to leverage optimal workflows that are aligned to achieve organizational business goals and objectives. Requirement: Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent or 10 years of experience using SharePoint. Advanced knowledge of business process analysis and function specification. Experience working with and communicating cross-functional groups (development, QA, production, stakeholders, etc) SharePoint Certification Skill Matrix: Thorough understanding and hands on experience using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) - 10 Years Thorough understanding and hands on experience using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016 - 10 Years Thorough understanding and hands on experience using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory - 10 Years Thorough understanding of best practices regarding farm design and security permissions - 10 Years Experience with migrating from on-prem SharePoint to SharePoint Online - 10 Years Experience with ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and modern authentication methods such as OAuth - 10 Years Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
