| Skill Matrix to be filled by Candidates: Skill Years of Exp Healthcare data LLM AI/ML Projects Role Senior Healthcare Data Quality Analyst Location Hartford, CT 06103 (Need Local Candidates only) Type of Hire Contract Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented data quality specialist with strong healthcare domain knowledge. You will: Validate LLM-generated datasets for factuality, completeness, consistency, and relevance to healthcare queries. Identify and flag inaccuracies, biases, and inconsistencies in data. Ensure regulatory compliance of data using your healthcare expertise. Analyze datasets using SQL, Python, Excel or Looker studio to identify trends and generate reports. Provide feedback to improve LLM performance and data generation processes. Mentor and support a small offshore team (2-3 people) in data review and validation. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Document validation procedures, findings, and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience. Deep understanding of healthcare data, medical terminology, and coding systems. Preliminary understanding of data structures, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members is a plus.
