The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing user interfaces using UIBuilder, configuring customer service portals, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems. Strong JavaScript, Angular, and API integration skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop custom user interfaces using UIBuilder. Manage and configure Customer Service Management (CSM) instances. Create and maintain portals using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS. Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST, SOAP, and APIs. Automate workflows and manage business rules in ServiceNow. Skills Required: 9-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer. Proficiency in UIBuilder and CSM. Strong JavaScript and portal development skills.
