Key responsibilities Job Description - Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) Administrator Administer BOE (application configuration, health checks, installation, upgrades, functional testing, troubleshooting, business continuity, password cycling). Anticipate and manage BOE projects resulting from systemic projects (e.g., IMSWEST to CORP migration, network separation, SYBRPT). Create and maintain technical documentation (SOPs). Provide metadata reports to assist users in maintaining documents and schedules. Liaise with vendor as necessary for support, documentation, guidance, and troubleshooting. Perform user- or developer-requested BOE universe changes. Maintain user logins (licenses, transfers, user terminations). Guide users as the users create, modify, and schedule the BOE documents. Review BOE documents for potential database issues before publishing (move to Public).
