Position : Sr. Product Design Engineer Location : Irvine, CA (Hybrid) Duration : 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Must have Experience working on complex B2B SaaS products. As a Sr. Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business leaders to create intuitive, data-driven design solutions that resonate with multiple user personas. Your role will focus on producing both UX and visual paradigms to streamline decision-making and maintain consistency across the platform. You will leverage your creative and technical skills to design end-to-end features, develop new components within an existing Design System, and contribute to defining entire categories of user experiences. This position requires you to engage directly with high-profile customers and end users to identify critical needs, rapidly prototype product directions, and validate hypotheses, ensuring a user-centered and innovative approach throughout. Key responsibilities include: Designing and delivering outstanding user experiences for complex B2B SaaS products initially focused on the Quoting and Ordering experience within our IT Distribution platform, Xvantage, for our Resellers/Customers. Using and evolving the companys Design System. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing) to ensure a cohesive, Omni channel experience. Contributing to the development of design practices and organizational culture. Applying UX best practices to continuously innovate and improve product designs. Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field. 4+ years of UX/UI product design experience in SaaS. Proven expertise in using Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work. Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Nice to Have: Experience in B2B SaaS design. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Experience working in complex, multi-functional teams.
