The role involves ensuring the operational health of SACM processes, managing CMDB data governance, and integrating ServiceNow Discovery with external systems. A deep understanding of ITIL processes and asset discovery tools is crucial. Key Responsibilities: Oversee SACM Configuration and CMDB data governance. Perform root cause analysis to improve CMDB data accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance integration interfaces for CMDB. Drive CMDB data enrichment and enforce best practices. Automate processes such as data certification audits and reporting. Skills Required: 3+ years of experience with ITOM, CMDB, and Asset Management. Proficiency in CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, and data governance. Strong understanding of ITIL and CMDB process management. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and multi-source CMDB management.
