Role Name: Tealeaf Developer/Engineer Location: WHIPPANY, NJ 6-12 months JD: Role description Responsibilities: Review planned web and mobile changes with development teams, to identify Tealeaf impacts and create Tealeaf technical design. Configure Tealeaf data capture and masking Implement Tealeaf tracking events, and create dashboards/reports Implement Tealeaf replay configuration, and lead replay optimization, for both web page and native screens (iOS, Android) Lead collaboration with the development teams as they build Tealeaf-compatible pages and APIs. Configure and manage Tealeaf data processing pipeline Perform Tealeaf data analysis, reporting on customer journey/experience for our various digital assets. Conduct exploratory analysis to identify and present improvement opportunities on the customer journey/experience for our various digital assets. Provide user coaching on the use of Tealeaf and best practices. Conduct Tealeaf administration, optimization, planning, and maintenance tasks. Implementation of Tealeaf for new digital assets, server installation, and installing/configuring new Tealeaf modules, versions, and patches. Required Competencies Tealeaf implementation, administration, configuration PCA, Canisters, Portal, Replay server; minimum 3-5 years experience. Tealeaf data capture configuration PCA (interface, pipeline, privacy rules), Canister (Transport Service pipeline, privacy rules); minimum 3-5 years experience. Tealeaf replay implementation and optimization classic replay, DOM replay, native replay, replay rules, UI capture configuration; minimum 3-5 years experience. Tealeaf analytics configuration events (basic, advanced), dimensions, hit attributes, dashboards, reports; minimum 3-5 years experience. Tealeaf deep-dive data analysis, to identify actionable insights, and presenting to the business; minimum 3-5 years experience. Good understanding of website development, and web server architecture, including web 2.0 (SPA, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) Familiarity (at the user level) with other digital analytics tools, ex. Adobe Analytics. Professional, communication/presentation skills, focus on value-added delivery Desired Competencies Ability to work seamlessly and efficiently with both local and remote teams, while managing follow-ups for several diverse projects that are executed in parallel. Familiar with Windows Server and Linux administration tasks and commands. Proficient with Excel for data analysis. Tableau is a plus.
