The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence, with a focus on leveraging Power BI to deliver insights and drive informed decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets to support business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and translate them into actionable insights. Perform data modeling, transformation, and manipulation using Power Query and DAX to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Optimize performance and efficiency of Power BI reports and queries by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on how to effectively use Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our analytics capabilities. Power BI Admin Role: We are looking for a skilled Power BI Administrator to oversee and manage our Power BI environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Power BI architecture, security, and governance principles, with the ability to optimize and maintain our Power BI infrastructure to support business needs effectively. Responsibilities: Manage and administer the Power BI service, including user access, permissions, and security settings. Monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets. Implement and enforce governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and errors related to Power BI functionality, connectivity, and performance. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and deployments of Power BI solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and Power BI developers on how to effectively use and administer Power BI.
