The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on SailPoints IdentityNow platform. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions that meet the business requirements and enhance security postures. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality identity management solutions and ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement IdentityNow solutions for user provisioning, access management, and governance. Integrate IdentityNow with different enterprise systems, directories, and applications. Manage identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and access certification. Collaborate with security, IT operations, and application teams to deploy and configure IdentityNow components. Develop workflows, policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) models to meet business requirements. Provide support for ongoing maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of the IdentityNow platform. Conduct user access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Document technical designs, implementation steps, and operational procedures. Work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and meet project milestones. Support ongoing IAM program activities, including identity governance and role management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). At least 2+ years of experience specifically with SailPoint IdentityNow implementations. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as user provisioning, access management, governance, and compliance. Experience in configuring and integrating SailPoint IdentityNow with various enterprise systems. Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO (Single Sign-On), and federation technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth). Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate IAM processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Certification in SailPoint IdentityNow or related technologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA. Experience working in hybrid cloud environments. Work Environment: Hybrid role with a mix of onsite work in Dallas, TX, and remote.
