Basic understanding of creating & maintaining SW/HW parts, AML information and related attributes. Good understanding of part qualification process (steps involved in qualifying parts / components in PLM). Review /approve ECOs and VCOs process.(Understanding of workflow / routing and approval process). Create, maintain, and update tickets to support QCL related requests from Clients. Perform problem management activities - Provide root cause analysis and improvement. Analysing Hardware and BOM recipe. Data validation to ensure correct information is updated in PLM system. Good to have: Basic understanding of maintaining qualification data of SW & HW parts for a PFAM under different Stages (NPI Platform creation, NPI SW update, NPI HW update, NPI Platform Qualification, 2nd sourcing, Sustaining). To create/update/delete qual lines, navigate to respective components, use Bulk create update template or Edit option from PLM. Basis Azure cloud understanding and communication skills Knowledge in Automations and PowerBI is an added advantage.
