We are looking for Lead Performance Test Engineer at Reading PA OR Tampa, FL Hybrid Role Weekly 2 days onsite H4 EAD/L2 EAD/USC Only Only local to PA or FL Consultants   Needed 13+ years expr Required skills: LoadRunner JMeter Experience leading performance testing initiatives. Required Skills: Proficiency with Windows, Unix, and Linux OS and basic SQL knowledge. Strong understanding of Agile testing and ability to work closely with Agile teams. Experience in load testing types: Smoke, Endurance, Volume, and more. Hands-on experience with APM tools, workload modeling, and performance test strategy development. Qualifications: Proven leadership in geographically distributed teams and ability to mentor junior team members. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
