The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a project governance structure and will possess the skills to effectively manage stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Work within a defined project governance structure (including methodologies, templates, and reporting). Interact with, educate, and lead business and IT teams. Work effectively under broad direction with minimal supervision. Motivate teams, meet deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments. Gather and organize multiple complex business process scenarios. Break down complex tasks into actionable work items with appropriate sequencing. Manage scope creep while delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Provide excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Demonstrate strong time management and project planning/strategizing abilities. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Manage client expectations, implement service improvement initiatives, and lead change management efforts. Handle multiple parallel work efforts and track project progress. Monitor and modify project schedules, providing status updates to the team and escalating issues when necessary. Provide insights into process improvements related to portfolio, project, and program management. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Requirements: 8+ years of experience in directly managing system integration and/or technology projects. Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and setting priorities. Familiarity with working within a project governance structure (methodologies, templates, and reporting). Extensive experience in planning, managing, and tracking high-impact projects. Strong process development skills, with the ability to learn, interpret, document, and formalize procedures. Expertise in process and gap analysis. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities in a cross-functional environment. Proven experience working with business users to gather and document business requirements. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and activities while meeting deadlines. Working experience with Agile project management methodologies. Demonstrated experience in managing client expectations and implementing change management initiatives.
