Technical Skills:o Expertise in SolarWinds SAM and WPM, including deployment,configuration, and customization.o Experience with Orion Agents deployment and management.o Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python,or JavaScript for automating WPM transactions and othermonitoring tasks.o Deep understanding of server and application performancemetrics, as well as web application monitoring.o Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related tomonitoring setup. Soft Skills:o Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.o Excellent communication and documentation skills.o Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and stakeholders.
