| Job Title: - Windchill Techno Functional Consultant Client location Troy, MI (Onsite) Interview Mode: Video Duration: Long Term Role Description: Represents Business team to elicit requirements from business users, review and analyze requirements. Validate the coverage and completeness of requirements collected, along with creating artifacts Conduct process gap identification and analysis for PLM and adjoining processes Have ability to map the business requirements to Windchill functionalities and capture gaps Comes up with Windchill solution meeting the business requirements- Has the ability to articulate the solution to business to get approval Coordinate with Solution Design and Business team to help them to manage business requirements and schedules Understand the current PLM solution and have ability to play back to the business team and provide clarifications. Competencies: EIS PLM - Windchill Functional, EIS PLM - Windchill Technical Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Excellent working knowledge of PTC Windchill from Solution, Technical and Functional sides Functional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Change Management, especially in automotive industry Have good understanding of PLM processes end to end, especially in automotive industry. Excellent Business analysis and process skills on PLM Excellent knowledge to validate Business requirements with Solution Design in Windchill Good understanding of PLM system, associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Requirements management, etc Desirable Skills: Strong spoken, written and communication skills Strong team skills to work effectively on multi-business unit, multi-functional teams.
