Position: Lead Salesforce QA Remote/Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid - Need to be located in Minnesota or Columbus and work hybrid on site 3 days per week Conversion Salary: 120-125k + up to 15% bonus Length: 3-month CTH Visa: USC & GC only Job Description: The candidate should have over 4 years of experience in scripting and testing, specifically with Salesforce platforms such as Sales/Service Clouds and Financial Services Cloud, focusing on Aura or Lightning Web Components. Experience in testing web/microservices and participating in agile practices is required. The candidate should have worked in a sprint-based model and be prepared to engage in all agile ceremonies, including defect management via tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent. The role demands expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT), Disaster Recovery (DR), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) What are the top things this resource will be responsible for 1. Create Test Strategy/Plan Document for user stories and larger scale efforts 2.
