This system is critical for managing pipeline-related work orders, inventory, and asset management. The engagement is expected to last between 6-12 months. Responsibilities: Facilitate meetings and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders. Document and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement. Assist in creating essential project documents such as scope definitions, roadmaps, and deliverables. Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure seamless communication and alignment on requirements. Required Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical requirements to non-technical users and translate user needs into actionable technical requirements. Experience balancing deadlines with shifting priorities. Strong analytical skills, capable of evaluating information and proposing alternatives. Project management experience is highly desirable. Abilities: Ability to serve as a technical lead in the development and support of one or more IT systems. Strong analytical reasoning skills to solve complex problems.
