The position requires passion, commitment, organization, and being a fast learner while at the same time being adaptable, coachable, and open to new approaches to technology solution projects. Responsibilities: * Meet with all associated stakeholders to identify/define Technical requirements * Create and manage project plan and schedule * Preemptively identify and escalate risks to an appropriate level * Conduct scrums calls and retrospectives, and ensure all development tasks and issues are logged and updated * Keep project plan and scrum boards up to date * Communicate weekly status updates on schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies; Lead weekly status meetings to work through issues and set priorities for the week * Monitor delivered projects and maintain pulse with stakeholders across the organization * Conducts workshops with pre-published agendas * Create status reports efficiently * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint * Create and manage deployment and testing plans * Manage issues and action logs Best Regards, Minu Roy Sr. Technical Recruiter || InfoTech Spectrum Inc.
