IBM iSeries Prod Ops Monitor Remote Contract night shift In one week they would need to work in 12 hours shift for 3 days and in the following week, they will need to work 12 hours shift for 4 days. for TCS/OPTUM Primary Responsibilities As part of our Optum Rx team, in this role you will play a significant part in supporting the IBMi infrastructure for RxClaims. This position will perform level 1 monitoring of all IBMi environments. The team is responsible for 24x7x365 monitoring all IBMi LPARs, along with processing all backups. This position will monitor the IBMi RxClaim health, Sterling Integrator file delivery, Robot batch jobs on IBMI, Tidal jobs and all IBMi servers and storage. Preferred Qualifications: The monitor position has 24/7/365 coverage for the following applications: All IBMi LPARs, Robot scheduler and console, Tidal scheduler, and Sterling Integrator. The resource needs to work in night shift thru out. In one week they would need to work in 12 hours shift for 3 days and in the following week, they will need to work 12 hours shift for 4 days. The monitor team answers messages where the correct response can be determined, and triages errors to the correct team, depending on the contents or 'location' of the message. Responsible for processes, training, continuous improvement, system automation. System health monitoring of: Claim adjudication jobs, ASP alerts, CPU alerts, Claims queue monitoring, Storage monitoring, Connect Direct subsystem, Contact different teams if requested by on-call .
