The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, with certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, and PMP. They will be able to draw on their experience to provide relevant examples and follow-up coaching to training participants. Key Responsibilities: - Design and facilitate training programs on process improvement tools and techniques, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - Provide hands-on coaching and support to training participants to help them apply the learned methodologies to their work - Collaborate closely with the Process Optimization team to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement - Continuously evaluate and enhance the training program to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization - Maintain a high level of proficiency in process improvement methodologies and stay up-to-date with industry best practices Required Qualifications: - Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred) or Green Belt certification with strong process improvement experience - Lean and PMP certifications are highly desirable - Minimum 5 years of experience in training design and facilitation, with a focus on process improvement - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not required Official JD: Role Summary: To build and advance process optimization skills within T. Rowe Price, the Training Specialist will provide process improvement knowledge focused on Lean and Six Sigma practices. They would be responsible for building on existing training catalogs, or designing net new content as needed, that educates colleagues and leaders on the tools and methodologies that define a process, develop current state documentation, identify opportunities to improve, and how to implement improvements. The ideal candidate has hands on knowledge and previous experience in process improvement and can provide real life examples on utilization. Process improvement experience must include cycle time reduction, quality improvement, risk reduction, and automation. This position must be comfortable working in ambiguity, in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Responsibilities: 1. Collect and validate all existing training materials relative to process management and process engineering to avoid duplicitous work. Assess the applicability to todays standards and opine heavily on updates to be made. 2. Develop training content that either doesnt exist or needs to be updated. The content should be inclusive of training materials, training guides, templates with job aids, workbooks, and SOPs. 3. Develop and execute awareness campaigns to increase interest in programs from a bottom up and top-down point of view. This includes writing and sending communications, videos, town halls, and attending team meetings. 4. Facilitate training courses through in-person, recorded, and virtually led sessions. 5. Coach associates after training sessions to ensure they have comprehension of the tools taught and can utilize them with competence. 6. Assess employee performance and provide constructive and actionable feedback. 7. Update training materials based on process changes or improvements. 8. Maintaining records of training activities and employee progress 9. Determine where measurement gaps exist and implement measurement plans and designates ownership to fill those gaps. Reviews operational data/metrics, analyzes and synthesizes the data, then compiles it into reports or presentations. 10. Engaging and directing business leaders; sets goals, manages expectations, and provides detailed plans (ownership, operational responsibility, management, continuity, knowledge, benefits realization) for business unit transition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 8+ years of total relevant work experience Experience leading project or agile teams Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher Advanced Agile Certification or 5 years of equivalent experience Preferred PROSCI or equivalent certification Preferred experience with Robotics Process Automation Thanks & Regards ..
