This role involves developing department staff in support, process (ITIL and Change Control), and software tools. The voice network includes data center-hosted applications, multiple advanced contact centers, and 30,000 voice terminals across 70 locations in southeastern Michigan. The Voice Architect will supervise and support department personnel and coordinate with other IT departments. Awareness of current and future projects and their impact on the systems is crucial.
