New Jersey Candidate ONLY Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Product Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the technical liaison between our customers and product teams, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our solutions. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction and product adoption. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and design tailored solutions using our product suite. Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on our products, providing guidance to both customers and internal teams on the Product roadmap. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to enhance customer understanding and usage of our products. Collaboration: Work with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback that informs product development and enhancements. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements based on market insights. Must Haves Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or product support role. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Proficiency in Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Nice to Haves Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with DevX platforms.(UI/UX) Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP).
