Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a Architect to design, customize, and implement IT solutions for wholesale brokerage platforms within the organization. Maintains familiarity with new development tools and techniques for systems analysis, design, and development. Single point of contact for architecture, design, and development for existing stack of applications. Develop and review solution architecture, design, and code. Ability to review and rationally analyze requirements in a timely manner. Research and propose solutions for cloud data transformation, data connections, operational frameworks, and application integration. Work closely with lead architects and engineers to create and maintain architectural templates and build/operational documents. Work with DevOps and engineering teams to develop service catalogs. Lead a large team of Developers, Senior Developers, Tech Leads across various Tech stack. Develop an understanding of existing client IT applications while actively searching for improvement areas. Streamline workflows and process optimization by implementing inventive technical solutions. Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs.
