| From: Rishabh, Gensigma [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Project Scope: The Client was established as a means of recognizing cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. The creation of OTS consolidated a wide variety of existing hardware platforms, operating systems, database management systems, networks, third-party software, and custom applications. OTS leads the States technology procurement process to standardize technology over the entire organization, seek efficiencies of operations, maintenance, and scalability of new products introduced to the OTS suite of services which can eventually be offered to all in-scope agencies. The State seeks resources to provide maintenance and operational support for its SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Roles/Responsibilities: Architect functional solutions for SAP integrations Develop an understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results; Define program goals and objectives, and align them with the organization's strategy; Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets; Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget; Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed; Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management; Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met; Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards; Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices; Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes; Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide application support for the agencys workload demands.
