Proven experience in a technical lead or solution architect role, with a track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects and teams. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.). Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware solutions. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred. Additional certifications in project management or solution architecture (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) are a plus. Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams and projects. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
