Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Report Designer, Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics) to develop Basic, Advanced, Composite, Matrix and BIRT reports. Background supporting HCM functional areas like Payroll, Core HR and staffing, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Time Tracking, Leave and Absence and Learning. Background supporting Finance functional areas like Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Budgets, Business Assets, Customer Accounts & Contracts, Grants, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Accounts, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Projects Data analysis and interpretation skills. Strong qualitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
