The role focuses on Teamcenter and AWC customization, functional requirements workshops, and solution design. Responsibilities: Lead and execute solution design workshops for PLM and PIM requirements. Document and hand off design requirements and solution design proposals to the development team. Support software engineers for customization and integration (2 onsite, 1 offshore). Rapid prototyping and mockups of solution design options. Prepare validation sessions at the end of each sprint. Conduct custom development for finalized design elements. Perform change impact analysis.
