The role requires close collaboration with key business and IT partners across the enterprise to ensure successful planning, implementation, and deployment of strategic global Legal programs thru a critical enabling technology platform. It also requires establishing and maintaining external relationships with key IT product suppliers and Business Product Owners, with a focus on deploying and improving products and solutions all through their lifecycle. This job demands a career of deep technical expertise, so you can engage with our development squad and weigh platform prioritization tradeoffs with technical proficiency. The main responsibility will be to lead the technology agile delivery teams. The key focus is on developing and delivering Legal- Litigation & Operations technology solutions by working closely with business and technology partners to prioritize critical release dates. You should have good technical skills and leadership experience, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Responsible for current Legal- Litigation & Operations products and platforms solution design, day-to-day platform configuration management sets platform priorities and controls the budget for platform builds. Aligns technical strategies and integrations to Legal- Litigation & Operations goals and objectives. Drives standardization and consistency of platform & solutions deployed globally that can meet business objectives and service levels. Identifies and drives repeatability of solutions for platforms working with Domain and Enterprise architects. Works with Global & Regional, Legal- Litigation & Operations and product owners to support the development and use of the Privacy enterprise platform. Maintains and drives platform solution lifecycle (from design, test, release & ongoing support). Lead end-to-end management agile teams, capacity teams, and other IT support groups (PMO, TS, etc.) About you. We are looking for someone who has worked at a larger organization who has seen the challenges of growing an organization so that they can help us grow the company. Minimum BA/BS degree required. We require at least 5 years leading technical sophisticated enterprise programs and associated teams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills We ask for exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. We are looking for someone with experience leading and supporting technology platforms Lifecycle Management / Technology Enhancements. We need a confident communicator within the technical and business environments with the ability to interpret, develop and present information to multiple audiences Understand Finances, and business processes to manage demand and portfolio deliverables. Preferred: Knowledge of Legal- Litigation, spend and matter management, Data & Analytics platforms solutions and/or regulatory landscape Minimum 3 years of people management experience with strong people development, mentorship of direct reports We prefer strong compliance, security & sophisticated, processes, tools, and experience Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Lead large, moderate to sophisticated projects, programs or initiatives across domains or enterprises. Ability to build an environment where leadership, creativity, accountability, and talent development including working across a culturally diverse environment are top priorities.
