| Senior iOS Developer Location: San Leandro, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Duration: 6-month commitment Note: Candidates must confirm they have not been submitted for this role in the past 6 months. Prioritize candidates with a financial services background. If they don't have financial experience, look for candidates who have worked on apps used by millions of end users. Relevant industries could include retail, finance, EV, or healthcare. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance iOS applications for retail banking customers. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to implement and optimize app features. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in Swift and Objective-C. Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness through continuous monitoring. Integrate backend services and RESTful APIs. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with the latest iOS trends, technologies, and tools. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional iOS development experience. Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C. Strong knowledge of iOS architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.). Experience integrating RESTful APIs. Familiarity with mobile security best practices. Experience with Xcode, Instruments, and debugging tools. Knowledge of version control tools like Git and experience in Agile environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, and modern iOS frameworks. Prior experience in the financial or banking sector. Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Experience with Push Notifications and Deep Linking functionalities.
