Role: - HCL Role Functional QA lead :- Location: Boston, MA (Initial remote ok; first preference is local candidate) Skills: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience . Candidate must have an experience in conducting end to end /Integration testing ensuring data accuracy, completeness and integrity throughout the data flows and write test scripts to validate different data workflows, data transformations , data structure and data mappings. Candidate should be able to conduct thorough testing of backend systems. API, databases and server side logic to ensure functionality, reliability , and performance. Candidate should be able to perform data validation activities, data reconciliation and data profiling to ensure data accuracy. Candidate should be able to perform functional testing of APIs to ensure proper handling of requests, responses, error conditions and security protocols. Candidate should to be able to develop and maintain automation scripts , workflows and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies. Candidate should be able to run queries and perform database testing and validations. Excellent communication skills and a good team player. Experience with test management tools & Test Automation & Defect tracking tools like JIRA , ALM , Selenium.
