About this role We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing restructuring initiatives. This role is critical for leading several strategic projects essential to our operational success by year-end. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across departments to realign roles and expectations, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project nuances. Your emotional intelligence will be key in navigating sensitive situations with impacted leaders who will remain with the organization throughout the restructuring process, driving effective project execution. What you'll be doing: Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, including segmentation, capacity planning, service level determination, customer journey mapping, role definition, compensation planning and tool development, ensuring clarity in roles and expectations across teams. Cross-Functional Leadership: Foster alignment and collaboration among senior leaders from various departments, particularly during the restructuring process, to ensure all impacted functions are informed and equipped to adapt to changes in service levels. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure all impacted functions are informed of decisions, manage shifting expectations and collaboratively address concerns and issues related to project objectives. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to realign cross-functional departmental roles and expectations, facilitating smooth transitions for teams such as Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales in adjusting service levels based on customer segmentation. Develop clear communication strategies to ensure alignment among senior leaders and promote the adoption of new service expectations. Planning and Execution: Create detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management and dependencies. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Communication: Provide clear and effective communication on project status, critical issues, and updates to all relevant stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment across teams. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular reports on project performance, milestones and outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Identify and document areas for process improvement specifically related to project management methodologies and tools within the context of restructuring efforts, ensuring that enhancements align with overall project goals and consider systems implications for effective implementation.
