FYI Below is the requirement: Role: IT Business Analyst/Data Analyst Location: NY (Hybrid & Only from NY/NJ/CT/DE/PA) Experience: 14+ Years No OPT/CPT | LinkedIn** Must have exp in Wealth Management & Market Risk like Securities Products, Trade Entry, Trade Processing, Risk Metrics, VaR calculations, Reporting, Credit Risk Elicit and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders regarding market risk management and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Analyze market risk datasets to identify data quality issues, discrepancies, and anomalies in production data. Utilize SQL and Python to analyze data from various sources to identify the source of data quality issues and take corrective actions. Assist in tracking and removing impediments, fostering an environment for high team performance and continuous improvement. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
