Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume to [email protected] Role: Jira Administrator Location: Bellevue, Washington Duration: Long Term Note :- Need Locals Only Description: We are looking for an experienced Jira Administrator to handle daily Jira admin tasks, including managing users, workflows, permissions, and automation. You will also help plan and implement architectural changes to improve the Jira system. Scripting skills (e.g., Groovy, Scriptrunner) are required for automation. Experience with large Jira instances, Atlassian product evaluations, and knowledge sharing is a plus. Familiarity with migrations, SSO setup, and Advanced Roadmaps is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines are essential. Training and documentation experience is a bonus. Responsibilities: Manage Jira users, groups, permissions, and licenses. Configure workflows, custom fields, automation, and screen schemes. Implement architectural changes and improve Atlassian tools. Automate processes using Scriptrunner or Groovy scripts. Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members. Support Jira migrations and set up SSO (optional). Manage large Jira instances and troubleshoot user issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by minimizing downtime and meeting SLAs. Continuously learn new skills and contribute to system improvements. Conduct training sessions and create documentation. Required Skills/Experience: Experience in Jira admin, scripting, and automation. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
