The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as the ability to create proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the platform's capabilities. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of marketing automation solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices. 2. Develop and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 3. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. 4. Lead the technical implementation and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM platforms and data warehouses. 5. Provide hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including email marketing, journey builder, automation studio, and data extensions. 6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration specifications. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, enhancements, and industry trends. 9. Train and mentor junior team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and implementation techniques. 10. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
