| Along with resume please send Linkedin ID Visa: Independent Visa only GC AND USC Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AWS Cloud systems administration, including AWS CloudFormation templates, AWS security (security groups, route tables, firewall rules), AWS EC2, and EBS. Minimum of 8 years in administration of Windows servers and Active Directory (manage group policy, group policy objects, users, and groups), PowerShell scripting, Windows Server RDS licensing configurations, IIS Web Server administration, and Windows Server troubleshooting. Minimum of 5 years executing SQL queries, basic SQL Server management, and SSRS Reports administration. Minimum of 5 years managing file and share permissions and SFTP software like Tectia SSH Client/Server. Minimum of 8 years in Windows system upgrades, migration to latest versions, system patching, addressing security vulnerabilities, and maintaining server compliance with security standards. Proficiency in working with AWS services such as CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2, EBS, ELB, S3, Route 53, RDS, and Redshift in a highly available and scalable production environment. Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, AWS CloudFormation, and Terraform. Familiarity with Red Hat Linux and other Unix-based operating systems. Experience with web server administration, specifically Microsoft IIS and Apache. Strong systematic problem-solving approach and sense of ownership to drive issues to resolution. Provide top-tier troubleshooting for Windows Server Operating System issues and create/maintain documentation on resolutions. Network knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, load balancing) and prior network administration experience is a plus. Experience with scripting languages, including Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience documenting processes, systems, environments, and runbook procedures. Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including AppDynamics, Moogsoft, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk for proactive issue detection. Familiarity with ticketing software including ServiceNow, Jira, and RemedyForce. Strong English written and verbal communication skills.Nice to Have AWS Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate). Prior experience in a healthcare technology company and familiarity with EDI and 837 claim files. Experience with other cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Kubernetes. Experience building Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation in AWS. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
