The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow best practices and architecture. Need experience with Integrated Risk Management - IRM Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs. Lead the technical aspects of ServiceNow projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration. Conduct technical reviews and ensure the quality of ServiceNow implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow. Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Mentor and guide junior team members and provide technical training. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow and ITSM tools. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies. Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
