The Business Analyst will focus on analyzing, documenting, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions related to CMDB, Discovery, integrations, and Service Graph Connectors. Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to aid development team Understand and document As-Is business processes. Gather, analyse and contribute to design and reengineering of business processes Coordinate with both client & development team to make sure requirements are clarified and signed off.
