Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture ( There may be multiple applications, but the software application tech stack will typically include Java, Java Script, AWS, Power BI for data visualization, and there may be some AI related initiatives as well. ) Good knowledge of business information technology best practices and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle Strong analytical skills and proven track record of utilizing team-based approach to quickly and accurately resolve system/solution issues. Strong understanding of system development, IT and business process and their inter-relationship. Capability to motivate others within a non-direct reporting structure to execute change Strong communication and writing skills on a business and technical level. Strong skills in documentation for business and technology user audiences. Qualifications: PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
