The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of performance testing and verification activities on a range of applications, systems, and technologies. They will also work closely with development teams and infrastructure teams to drive the creation and implementation of DR and Chaos Engineering plans. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in performance testing and verification activities. Healthcare experience is must Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation. Experience with implementing chaos engineering plans with Gremlin tool. Experience with load and stress testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Experience with performance and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic. Good understanding of various software development methodologies and life cycles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
