Qualifications Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in data integration and ETL processes. Demonstrate expertise in IBM Infosphere Datastage. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Show proficiency in designing and implementing complex data systems. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Be experienced in developing and enforcing data integration standards. Have a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues. Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
