This role requires a deep understanding of data integration and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data solutions that align with our business objectives. This position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using IBM Infosphere Datastage. Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Provide technical expertise in the architecture and design of complex data systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and enforce data integration standards and best practices. Monitor and optimize data workflows for efficiency and reliability Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical skills. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data integration Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration methodologies. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in data integration and ETL processes. Demonstrate expertise in IBM Infosphere Datastage. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Show proficiency in designing and implementing complex data systems. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Be experienced in developing and enforcing data integration standards. Have a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues. Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies in data integration.
