Develop scalable and sustainable architecture designs that adhere to industry best practices. Solution Design: Lead the design of comprehensive solutions leveraging the expertise of the team to ensure alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Review and approve solution designs proposed by team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed while coordinating with Infrastructure/Engineering/Network and Security Teams for a scalable solution in OCI Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business and engineering teams to gather and analyze business requirements for applications implementation or enhancement projects. Guide the team in conducting thorough requirement analysis, ensuring that all relevant business processes and pain points are identified and addressed per finalized blueprint OCI architecture Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and timely resolution of issues. Foster collaboration and teamwork among business teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional discussions and workshops to ensure a holistic understanding of requirements and effective solution design. System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle COTS/Home Grown applications and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across On-Prem and other Cloud providers (GCP) Performance Optimization: Collaborate with technical teams to optimize the performance and scalability of OCI resources through tuning, observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting while operating within the guardrails of Cost and resource optimization Quality Assurance: Partner with others to conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that solutions meet functional and technical specifications, performance requirements, and security standards. Documentation: Prepare functional and technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in OCI for fine tuning the architecture and resources. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the implemented solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor providing guidance on OCI best practices, industry trends, and technology advancements.
