Role:1 Oracle Fusion Forecast to Planning (F2P) Solution and Implementation Lead
:

Key Activities & Responsibilities

Must have 5+ Years of experience on implementing, roll outs and supporting Oracle Cloud Forecast to Plan (F2P) Module.

Must have experience on working on business process design, quick POC's & Demo's Strong delivery background in product modelling, Forecast and Planning modules.

Complete understanding of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, GOP

Interpret business requirements and help the business prioritize.

Planning Collected Data Management: Manages data collection processes and verifies collected data.

Determine the Root cause and provide/deploy permanent solutions preventing recurring issues and deploy them working closely with Business and IT Teams.

Interact with business users, capture requirements, author Functional Designs, transition requirements/designs to Technical Developers and coordinate Build, Test and Deployment of new enhancements around F2P Cycle.

Experience with production support, updating configurations, testing and deployments to production.

Provide training to client teams on how to use Oracle custom/standard Forecasting and Planning solutions effectively.

Should be capable to work independently to resolve issues against tickets from Users based on SLA.

Make recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or scalability improvements as needed.

Must be able to work collaboratively and support on-site team.

Must have Good presentation and communication skill

:

Key
Activities & Responsibilities

         Must have 5+ years of relevant experience on implementing, roll outs and supporting Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.

         Configure Oracle Fusion P2P modules to align with the client's business processes, organizational structure, and industry-specific requirements.

         Should have a knowledge in PIM, Inventory Management, Demand Management, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Global Order Promising and Production Scheduling processes.

         Should have strong knowledge of Plan to Produce business process specific to manufacturing industries (Heavy Equipment).

         Should have strong experience in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing.

         Interact with business users, capture requirements, author Functional Designs, transition requirements/designs to Technical Developers and coordinate Build, Test and Deployment of new enhancements around P2P Cycle.

         Experience with production support, updating configurations, testing and deployments to production.

         Test the Oracle System and related processes.

:

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Must have 5+ years of relevant experience on implementing, roll outs and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

Configure Oracle R2R modules to align with the client's chart of accounts, accounting policies, and reporting structures.

Extensive experience in Oracle applications concepts with various cloud modules like Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), SLA, Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA) and Tax are critical.

Commanding knowledge in Accounting and Business process flows.

CA with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting is plus.

Interact with business users, capture requirements, author Functional Designs, transition requirements/designs to Technical Developers and coordinate Build, Test and Deployment of new enhancements around R2R Cycle.

Experience with production support, updating configurations, testing and deployments to production.

Multiple full cycle implementation of Oracle Product Development Cloud(PD) / Product Data Hub(PDH)

Experience in implementation/integration of PDH Modules

Hands on configuration experience on PD/PDH, including setting up of custom attributes, custom security model, Out of the box reports, workflow automation etc.

Experience in Data Migration to Oracle PD/PDH of Item/BOM/AML/Attachments and Changes

Experience in Oracle PLM Cloud Web Services - Experience in setting up product / item rules in Oracle PLM cloud

Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle cloud ERP, with a focus on purchasing, procurement, and contract management modules

Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders, and translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs

Configure cloud ERP modules, workflows and processes to support purchasing, procurement and contract management activities

Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and design solutions for integrating Oracle cloud ERP with third party applications and systems

Lead system testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the configured solution

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations, insights and guidance on optimizing the cloud ERP solution and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Capturing business requirement and conducting solution design in Oracle Supply Chain the following areas;

Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud (Supplier Portal, Self Service Procurement and Purchasing)

Demonstration of standard business processes / flows to Client User Group(s)

Ability to comprehend existing business processes / practices, identify / capture additional business / reporting requirements.

Solution Design Prototypes, Fit Gap analysis and walk thru with User Groups for finalization.

Identify and document Test Cases / Plans for Acceptance in line with the finalized process / transaction flows.

Identify and document data migration methodologies for Master / Transactional elements including extraction, validation, transformation, migration, verification / validation.

Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support

Location: Nebraska

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud SCM Support Functional Consultant to join our support team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM and experience in providing exceptional support to users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, configuring system enhancements, and ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

System Support and Maintenance:

Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with other teams.

Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.

User Assistance and Training:

Assist users in understanding and effectively using Oracle Cloud functionalities.

Develop and conduct training sessions and create user documentation.

Provide ongoing user support and address any queries or concerns.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Work with stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline operations.

Customize Oracle Cloud applications to better align with business requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.

Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making.

Document issue resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.

Collaboration:

Work closely with IT and business teams to align Oracle Cloud solutions with business strategies.

Coordinate with Oracle support for technical issues and updates.

Work closely with offshore team and ensure the deliverables/incidents are well managed within the defined SLAs

Engage with third-party vendors as needed for system integrations and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle SCM functionalities.

Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCM suite, including modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, etc.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:
 Oracle Cloud SCM certification is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with service management tools like Manage Engine, ServiceNow or Jira.

Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical components.

Experience in training end-users and creating user documentation.
