| Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, IncTitle: : Healthcare Business Analyst Location: Madison, WI (100% Remote, 1st day onsite for onboarding) Contract: Long-Term Required Skills (12+ years): Experience with vendor-managed software, maintenance, upgrades, and configurations Proficiency in communicating software configurations to stakeholders Collaborating with external stakeholders for process improvement and optimization Troubleshooting and resolving EHR/EMR system-related issues Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare reporting platforms Familiarity with Business Objects Reporting Solutions Nice to Have: SQL, PL SQL, and CCL code writing Agile environment experience and System Development Life Cycle User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test case optimization Knowledge of healthcare workflows (Scheduling, Registration, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc.) Experience with JIRA and reporting in a HIPAA-regulated environment Position Summary: As an EHR Business Analyst, you'll work remotely, except for the first day, supporting the DOC s Health and Behavior Solutions team using Oracle Cerner as the EHR platform. You'll optimize EHR workflows, perform build and testing for improvements, and support healthcare reporting through Discern Analytics and SAP Business Objects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and help drive process optimization for healthcare solutions.
