The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, and be proficient with tools like XCode and Charles Proxy. This role involves strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to quality assurance in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of mobile application testers. Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. Utilize tools like XCode and Charles Proxy for testing and debugging. Apply software testing fundamentals across various types of testing, including API testing. Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and report findings effectively. Collaborate with development teams in an Agile model to ensure timely delivery of quality software. Maintain basic knowledge of database technologies such as PLSQL or MySQL. Explore automation tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency. Leverage previous experience in Apple environments, if applicable. Competencies: Manual Testing Processes and Management Digital / Assurance: Mobile Application Testing Experience Required: Years: 10+ years in software testing, with a focus on mobile applications. Essential Skills: Proven leadership experience in managing a testing team. Strong background in mobile application testing for iOS and Android. Hands-on experience with XCode and Charles Proxy. Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and various testing methodologies. Experience in API testing. Excellent skills in test scenario and test case creation, execution, and reporting. Basic knowledge of database technologies (PLSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with automation tools and techniques. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proactive and self-motivated approach. Desirable Skills: Previous experience with Apple products and environments (Mac/iOS). Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
