Role: Major Incident Management Analyst Location: Dallas TX, Columbus OH, Onsite 6months contract to hire The Major Incident Manager Will Be Responsible For: Coordinate the resolution of critical Major Incidents utilizing technical and business resources, providing 24/7 coverage. Collaborate with service owners to conduct impact and risk analyses, ensuring a thorough understanding of risks and impacts to customers/clients. Communicate with a global audience, including executive management, providing incident details, business impacts, next steps, and root cause analysis. Facilitate root cause analysis to identify countermeasures to prevent similar incidents. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Major Incident management, handling incidents and problems in a 24/7 production environment. Prior exposure to ServiceNow with a clear understanding of how tools should support incident management process activities. A self-starter with an organized and methodical approach to problem-solving, a keen attention to detail, and a demonstrable ability to build relationships with both internal and external partners, both technical and non-technical. Must be an effective team player.
