These roles focus on leading and supporting various Oracle Cloud and Fusion modules, ensuring smooth implementation and optimization of critical business processes. We are looking for highly skilled professionals with a minimum of 11 years of experience in their respective domains to contribute to our success. The roles offered range across SCM Functional Support, Solution and Implementation Leadership for various modules, and specialized consultancy in areas such as Product Data Hub (PDH) and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Open Roles: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support - Inventory/OM/Procurement Provide functional support for Inventory, Order Management (OM), and Procurement modules within Oracle Cloud SCM. Lead SCM configuration, optimization, and support to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain workflows and performance. Oracle Fusion Forecast to Planning (F2P) Solution and Implementation Lead Lead the solution design and implementation of the Oracle Fusion Forecast to Planning (F2P) module. Optimize demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling for the business. Ensure seamless integration and effective deployment across the enterprise. Oracle Fusion Plan to Produce (P2P) Solution and Implementation Lead Spearhead the Plan to Produce (P2P) module implementation and solution development. Streamline production planning and execution processes within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure process alignment with business objectives. Oracle Fusion Source to Pay (S2P) Solution and Implementation Lead Lead the Source to Pay (S2P) module design and implementation. Ensure efficient sourcing, procurement, and payment processes. Provide ongoing support and optimization post-implementation. Oracle Fusion Product Data Hub (PDH) Functional Consultant Provide expert functional support for the Oracle Fusion PDH module. Manage and optimize product data across the enterprise, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Support integration with other modules and enhance product lifecycle management. Oracle OTM (Transportation Management) Consultant Lead the implementation and support of Oracle OTM for transportation and logistics management. Optimize supply chain logistics operations, including routing, shipping, and carrier management. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure effective transportation strategies. Key Responsibilities (Across Roles): Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of respective Oracle Cloud and Fusion modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Provide expert-level functional and technical support, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. Lead testing, data migration, and deployment processes for the respective modules. Ensure ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support. Deliver end-user training and develop comprehensive documentation for respective modules. Maintain best practices in process improvements and technology implementations to meet business goals. Key Qualifications: Minimum 11 years of experience in Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle Fusion with specialization in respective modules. Proven experience leading large-scale implementations in enterprise environments. Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud and Fusion modules. Strong understanding of supply chain management, planning, production, procurement, product data, and logistics processes, depending on the role. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and deliver robust Oracle solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
